FALL SEMESTER 2015

UNDERGRADUATE COURSE EVALUATION

 

Course evaluation for the fall semester of 2015 will be conducted as follows. Undergraduate students are kindly requested to answer the questionnaire with sincerity.

 

1. Period: 10:00 December 1 , 2015 (Tue) - 17:00 January 5, 2016 (Tue)

※ Course evaluation will not be available from 09:00 to 18:00 December 30(Wed) 2015 for the enhancement of course evaluation credibility.

 

2. Method:

Log in KUPID (http://portal.korea.ac.kr) > [Registration/Graduation] -> [Grade Inquiries] -> [Course Evaluation]

 

3. The questionnaire consists of multiple-choice questions and open-ended questions. Answers and responses from students are dealt with in strict confidentiality and anonymity. Responses are shown to professors at random, in other words, not in the order of the names or student numbers as they appear on the roll sheet.

 

4. Professors will be allowed to review the evaluation results and answers as early as from January 13, 2016. Students participated in the evaluation are assured that students' sincere answers and responses will be restrictedly used as raw data for academic improvements to the courses offered.

 

5. Students can review their preliminary grades during the grade revision period 12 hours after finishing the course evaluation. However, if the course evaluation has been conducted before the grade revision period, students can review their preliminary grades without repeating it.

 

6. Domestic exchange students are kindly requested to a Single ID at http://portal. korea.ac.kr to access course evaluation and/or grade review menu.

 

7. Students are required to read a notice in prior to conduct course evaluation.
