Tuition Payment for Fall 2015 (for current students)

 

1. Tuition payment period for enrolled students for 2015 Fall semester is as follows.

  1) Regular tuition payment period : 2015. 08. 20(Thu) - 08. 28(Fri) 16:00 (Korean Time)

  2) Additional period : 2015. 09. 09(Wed) - 09. 11(Fri) 16:00

  3) Final period : 2015. 09. 17(Thu) - 09. 21(Mon) 16:00

 

2. How to pay tuition

  Step 1) Check out tuition bill and virtual account number through online service

    ▶▷ Click here : Tuition Bill Service ◁◀ (You can print out the tuition bill until Aug. 28.)

  Step 2) Transfer tuition to the given virtual account at Hana Bank (via Internet Banking, direct payment, phone banking ATM transfer)

 

3. Confirmation of payment : 10 minutes after payment through KU Portal (log on) - 등록/장학 등록내역

 

4. Notice :

  1) Tuition must be paid in the exact amount to the virtual account number provided on the tuition bill.

  2) Tuition should be transferred in a full amount at one time, and it cannot be transferred separately.

  3) For students receiving full scholarship (when the actual amount on a tuition bill is “0” won), students should register by visiting Hana Bank with tuition bill with amount of “0” won.

  4) If neither registration nor leave of absence is registered after the registration period, then the student is processed as expulsion. For non-registered or non returning expulsion, check Korea University Website - Life@KU - Academic Administration - Academics - Expulsion

  5) All international students are required to pay the Mutual Health Aid Association Fee(의료공제비) from spring semester 2015, otherwise he/she must visit the Office of International Affairs (Rm# 301, Dongwon Global Leadership Hall) and submit a proof of medical insurance coverage by the first week of September for the fall semester. Korea University provides students mutual health aid service, which provides support for a student’s medical expenses on unexpected illness, injuries during the school term (occurred on campus). International students who are not covered by Korea’s National Health Insurance can receive the benefits of the mutual health aid by paying [Mutual health aid association fee].
