2. Students can check their class registration (for open courses from Nov 23(Mon) ? click ‘course registration’ at http://portal.korea.ac.kror ‘major subject’ at http://sugang.korea.ac.kr)

다. Log into Course Registration System
(1) KU students: Student ID number ? password log-in
(2) Exchange students: KU temporary Student ID number ? last 7 digits of resident registration number log-in

라. Criterion for opening courses: 17 or more students in general subject, 10 or more in major/teacher education subjects (based on「Curriculum Organization·Management Rules for Operation」(4))

마. Credit Acquirement and Grade Approval
(1) In accordance with「Rules for curriculum management」Article 49(1), students can acquire 6 credits at maximum.
(2) Grades are managed separately as ‘break sessions’, and included in the average of all grades
(3) Only, students on a leave of absence cannot graduate immediately (August/following February) after taking break sessions (summer/winter)

(4) Notice:
- Courses in break sessions are for those who want to gain extra credits in addition to regular semesters, so students can take the courses during the breaks if they want to.

- Therefore, TUITION REFUND FOR PRIVATE REASONS IS NOT ALLOWED. Also, students can make course correction during course registration (correction) period ONLY.

- If students do not pay the tuition fees, registration data will be automatically deleted and courses might be closed. Please be careful in making course registration and payment since you cannot correct or withdraw the courses even if you cancel the registration during the course period.

(5) It is encouraged to avoid retaking courses and take other courses instead, considering that break sessions are short-term courses.


 

3. Registration: Transfer to virtual account (Hana Bank) for each course (Notice on how to register will be announced later)

 

4. Course closure: will be posted on the portal website on 12 June(Fri) (Only those who registered closed coursescan make corrections)

 

5. Tuition fees: 1 credit ? 107,900 won / 2 credits ? 215,800 won / 3 credits ? 323,700 won

 

6. Class cancellation during course period:Students who wish to cancel courses after the tuition payment period can receive refund of tuition fees in accordance with the course cancellation period. (Withdrawal of cancellation or course correction unavailable)
